Try Quotas in testing release 4.0.16

NOTE: Microsoft SmartScreen Issue

Since the beginning of 2016, Microsoft changed behaviour of their security tool called SmartScreen on Windows 8 and Windows 10. Now all applications (or their installers) created after 1.1. 2016 and downloaded from the internet must have high reputation (unknown number of users must to download them and use without complains) or must be signed with new EV certificate. If the app does not comply with one of the conditions, SmartScreen displays a message that the application might not be safe to run (without any detailed explanation).

Although NetLimiter 4.0.16 installer is properly signed with our company's secure certificate (Locktime Software s.r.o.) the SmartScreen will warn all early users with the messed alert. We are sorry for this and we are working on a fix. It will take some time and we didn't want delay release of 4.0.16. 4.0.16 installer downloaded from our website and signed with our certificate is 100% secure though SmartScreen could imply otherwise.
