This release brings a compatibility fix and new translation.

- Added translation to Simplified Chinese.
Bug fixes
Deny and Ask blocker rule not working under certain conditions, i.e. when NetLimiter installed along with Kaspersky Internet Security.
Under certain conditions, connections which waited for user's approval could not be closed.
