Diagnostic Tool

- Setup log levels for NetLimiter Client and Service.
- Pack all diagnostics information to a Zip archive.
Simply put - if you are experiencing problems with your NetLimiter installation (Client is crashing, Service doesn't start, etc.), this tool will help you to gather all necessary information which could help you or us to analyze the problem and find a solution.
Location
The diagnostic tools is located in NetLimiter's main installation directory (usually at C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiter 4) in a file named NLDiag.exe. Just execute this file to open the tool. It needs admin privileges to run, so expect to be prompted by Windows.
Service
This tab displays status of NetLimiter Service along with links to important directories.
Client
This tab displays status of NetLimiter Client along with links to important directories.
Logs
On this tab you can setup log levels for Client and Service. There several log levels, ranging from the most verbose Trace to Off - a complete log shutdown.
Report
On this tab you can prepare and customize a report, which you should send us for investigation. This report is a single Zip archive containing all data (logs, settings) selected on this page.
